In addition to the dues, members were charged a $1600 assessment in 2017 to cover additional golf course enhancements. They called it an operating assessment, but it was a capital project not approved by voters as called for in the bylaws. Pay particular attention to the big change in the Equity Bond/Initiation Fee numbers. It seems like a big revenue grab by a club bleeding money.

All three Delaire Country Club golf courses were just reopened in late 2016 after an extensive 4.5 million dollar renovation.
